Margaret Asheim  –  Chief Executive Officer 

As the Chief Executive Officer of Family HealthCare, Margaret leads the organization with a clear vision and strategic direction, ensuring the delivery of high quality services to all. With over 30 years of experience in public accounting, as well as in various controller and CFO roles, Margaret brings a wealth of financial expertise and leadership to the role. She holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business administration-finance from Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota.

Kyle Dorow Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Kyle is responsible for providing fiscal oversight for Family HealthCare and overall management of the financial and administrative functions of FHC. As the financial lead, he is also responsible for integrating that discipline into the overall strategic plan of all FHC’s programs. A CPA, Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and brings over 25 years of expertise in healthcare finance to his role.

Dr. Napoleon Espejo, MD 

As a family physician, Dr. Espejo provides comprehensive care to patients with a focus on preventive care, diabetes, and obstetrics / gynecology. Dr. Espejo graduated from San Marcos University in Lima, Peru. He completed his residency at the University of North Dakota (UND) Family Practice Residency Program in Fargo, ND. Dr. Espejo is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. This means that he has fulfilled the necessary criteria established by the regulating board and has passed examinations that accredit him in the field of family medicine. Dr. Espejo is married with 4 children. In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar, cooking, dancing, and spending time with his family.

Kelly Polcher, FNP-C

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Kelly Polcher provides comprehensive care to patients of all age groups with acute and chronic conditions. Her areas of interest include pediatrics, diabetes management, and cardiovascular health. Kelly obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MSUM in Moorhead, MN. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctorate of Nurse Practice (DNP) from Frontier Nursing University, Hyden, KY. Kelly is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Program. This means that she has passed the examination that accredits her as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and North Dakota Nurse Practitioner Association. Kelly is married with a daughter and son. Kelly’s interests beyond spending time with family and friends include baking, listening to audio books, learning to golf, and spending time at the lake during the summer.
