As a federally qualified health center, Family HealthCare is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, with a majority of members being patients of our organization. This patient-majority governance model ensures the voices of those we serve remain at the center of every decision. Our board members bring diverse expertise and perspectives from community leadership, business, finance, healthcare, and higher education.

The Board of Directors provides strategic leadership by defining Family HealthCare’s mission, vision, and long-term direction. It is responsible for organizational oversight, including financial stewardship and evaluation of the Chief Executive Officer, while also serving as ambassadors who strengthen community relationships and advance awareness of Family HealthCare’s mission.
