About Kirsten Fredrick, MS, LPCC

Kirsten is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She provides comprehensive diagnostic assessments and individual psychotherapy for adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, stress management, life transitions, and psychosis.

Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. She is committed to helping clients build meaningful insight and develop practical strategies for healing and growth.

Kirsten has clinical experience in acute psychiatric inpatient setting, equipping her to support individuals with diverse and complex needs. She fosters a client-centered, compassionate, and collaborative environment where people can feel safe, seen, and supported.

Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys crafting, exploring new interests, and curling up with a good fantasy novel.
