Sydney Hunter, RDH

Sydney graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College, as well as Metropolitan State University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene.

Sydney is a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in both Minnesota and North Dakota. She holds certificates in Local Anesthetic Delivery, Nitrous Oxide Sedation, and Sealant placements. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association. She also is amongst the authors for Dimensions of Dental Hygiene for a publication on Dental Anxiety that was written in 2021.

Sydney has a passion for working in public health and has been awarded a grant and contract to continue to work in Minnesota in public health to aid in increasing access to dental care. Sydney loves educating patients about their oral health, decreasing dental anxiety, and helping patients build a foundation towards bettering their smile. In her spare time, Sydney enjoys spending time with family and friends, crocheting, watching the Vikings, and going to see the Fargo Force play at the Scheel’s Arena. She also enjoys volunteering to help teach classes around the FM area about oral health care.
