Josie Schmidt, MSW, LCSW

Josie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has experience working with young adults, individuals affected by trauma, and within interdisciplinary care settings. She provides comprehensive diagnostic assessments and psychotherapy to adults. Areas of clinical interest include trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. Her orientation includes trauma-informed, strengths-based, narrative, interpersonal, and client-centered care.

Josie received a Bachelor of Science in Social Work degree from University of North Dakota.
She received a Master of Social Work degree from New Mexico State University.

Josie is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.

Josie is licensed by the states of North Dakota and New Mexico as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Josie enjoys traveling, listening to podcasts, hiking, and spending time with loved ones.
