Chad Schlitz, APRN, FNP-C

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Chad Schiltz provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages with acute and chronic conditions. His areas of interest include women’s health, pediatrics, renal care, diabetes management, and cardiovascular health.

Education & Training

Chad obtained his Associate’s of Science in Nursing from Rasmussen in Moorhead, MN, his Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Mayville State University in Mayville, ND, and his Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks North Dakota.

Certification

Chad is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Program. This means he has passed the examination that accredits him as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Interests & Activities

Chad is married with two sons. Interests beyond spending time with family and friends include hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
