Healthcare You Can Afford
Many individuals and families are finding themselves making tough decisions to stretch their budgets, oftentimes sacrificing preventive and wellness care for themselves and their children. Most people are hesitant to ask for help when they need it most, especially if they can’t pay for it.
Whether you have full insurance coverage or none at all, our medical and dental care is accessible to anyone who needs it. We will work with those patients who do not have insurance or are under-insured to set up affordable payment plans based on a sliding fee scale. We do not judge and we treat everyone with the same compassion and professional expertise we’d expect if we were in their shoes.
Personal, Comprehensive Care
Family HealthCare recognizes the importance of preventive medicine, early intervention, and management of disease. Your primary care provider will get to know you and your medical history so they can deliver more personal and comprehensive medical care that includes preventive care such as health screenings and vaccinations.
We offer onsite dental care, labs, x-rays, radiology, behavior health assessments, vision care, physical therapy, and a full-service pharmacy. We can also help you better manage chronic health conditions such as diabetes and heart disease.
Improving Community Health
Family HealthCare plays an important role in supporting the safety and health of our community. By providing preventive medicine and the consistent management of disease for the most vulnerable of our neighbors–those with low incomes and diverse cultures– we minimize unnecessary hospitalizations, emergency room trips and complications from untreated health problems.
Providing the Best Equipment
The downtown clinic features 33 medical exam rooms in three medical suites, our clinic in West Fargo offers 5 medical exam rooms, and our South Fargo clinic offers 9 medical exam rooms. Each suite is staffed with a registered nurse case manager who works with a team of providers and their nurses to coordinate care for patients, following evidence-based guidelines. *
